Processing Time

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–10 business days
International: 5–10 business days

International Shipping & Customs

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
